Dapoxetine is administered for treating post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and phobia.
Tadalafil is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, symptoms of enlarged prostate gland in male such as difficulty while urinating, painful urination and urinary urgency, and increased blood pressure in lungs. It works by relaxing the muscles of the blood vessel which increases blood flow in specific parts of the body.
The most common side effects of this drug are nausea, headache, indigestion, insomnia, running nose, sleeping for unusually long periods, nervousness, diarrhoea, dizziness, and upper respiratory tract infection.
The common side effects of consuming this drug are: memory loss, back pain, diarrhoea, facial redness, flushing, headache, muscle pain, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, stomach upset, sinus pain and sore throat.
Dapoxetine administration is contraindicated in patients having conditions such as hepatic insufficiency (child B + C); severe renal insufficiency; cardiac diseases; depression or psychiatric medication, including treatment with MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, or thioridazine.
Cialis administration is contraindicated in patients having serious hypersensitivity to tadalafil (Cialis or Adcirca). Hypersensitivity reactions related to this drug include Stevens-Johnson syndrome and exfoliative dermatitis.
