Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. The exact mechanism of action of is not known. Paracetamol is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It relieves pain in mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation and swelling of the joint.
The common side effects of this drug are - hives (red-itchy bumps on skin that sting and burn), dry mouth, abdominal cramps, rash, itching, abnormal heart rhythm, pain or tenderness of the breast, drowsiness, dry mouth, irritation, or loss of libido.

Administration of Domperidone is contraindicated in people having conditions where cardiac conduction is impaired or could be impaired and with underlying cardiac diseases (such as congestive heart failure). This drug is contraindicated in individuals with severe hepatic impairment and receiving other medications that prolong QT interval or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Paracetamol has good analgesic and antipyretic properties. It is suitable for the treatment of pains of all kinds (headaches, dental pain, postoperative pain, pain in connection with colds, post-traumatic muscle pain). Migraine headaches, dysmenorrhea and joint pain can also be influenced advantageously.
