Aceclofenac is administered for the treatment of osteoarthritis, muscular pain, gout and rheumatoid arthritis.

Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant drug. This drug blocks the nerve impulses associated to pain sensations from reaching the brain, thereby relieving pain and stiffness caused by muscle strains and sprains. Chlorzoxazone is administered with rest and physical therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle conditions such as pain or injury. Chlorzoxazone drug is administered along with physical therapy, analgesics such as aspirin or acetaminophen, and rest.

Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. The exact mechanism of action of is not known. Paracetamol is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It relieves pain in mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation and swelling of the joint.

Aceclofenac tablet administration is contraindicated in conditions such as allergic reaction; bleeding or bleeding disorders; heart attack; liver failure; pregnancy or breastfeeding; severe kidney disease; and stomach ulcer or intestinal bleeding.

Chlorzoxazone/Magnesium trisilicate administration is contraindicated in patients having conditions such as allergic reactions, with citrate salts, and hypersensitivity to this drug.

Paracetamol has good analgesic and antipyretic properties. It is suitable for the treatment of pains of all kinds (headaches, dental pain, postoperative pain, pain in connection with colds, post-traumatic muscle pain). Migraine headaches, dysmenorrhea and joint pain can also be influenced advantageously.
