Minoxidil is a vasodilator that relaxes (widens) blood vessels and improves blood flow. Minoxidil is used to treat severely high blood pressure (hypertension) that is causing symptoms or damaging your vital organs. Minoxidil is usually given together with two other medicines to help prevent serious side effects. Minoxidil tablets should not be used to promote scalp hair growth. Gamma Benzene Hexachloride is a scabicide and pediculicide, administered for treating pediculosis capitis (extremely contagious infection due to infestation of human head louse - itchiness) and scabies (itchy and extremely contagious infection due to infestation of the itch mite - sarcoptes scabiei). It is applied to the skin in various forms like creams, lotions, shampoos and gets absorbed by the skin. This drug resembles the actions of DDT but is rest persistent in nature.

Lindane lotion (gamma benzene hexachloride) is a pediculicide and a scabicide drug. This drug is administered for the treatment of head lice, pubic lice (crabs), and scabies. Lindane lotion has side effects which include stinging, burning, redness, itching, or dryness of the skin, skin rash, dizziness, or drowsiness.
