The most common side effects of this drug are headache, dizziness, nausea, stomach pain, or menstrual pain, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, nausea, or inter-menstrual bleeding.
Administration of this drug is contraindicated in patients having conditions such as confirmed or suspected pregnancy; hypersensitivity to ulipristal or any ingredient of the product; Fibristal (Canadian product) is contraindicated in pregnancy; breast-feeding; genital bleeding of unknown etiology or for reasons except uterine fibroids; and cancer of the breast, cervix, uterus, or ovaries.
