Q:Is Medsindia a licensed pharmacy?

A:Yes. We are licensed to sell medicines as per the Drug and Cosmetics Rules (1945). Our drug license number is: DL-OKH-117146/117147

Q:Are home delivery options available for all the products?

A:Yes. Home delivery of all the products is available.

Q:Will I get an invoice of my order for future use?

A:Yes, an Online invoice would be always available for future reference.

Q:Are the products sold on website original/branded?

A:Yes, all the products displayed on website are original and branded.

Q:In how many cities does Medsindia operate?

A:At present we service the entire region of North India. We are planning to expand our services to other cities in the near future.

Orders:

Q:How can I place my order?

  • Through website: You can place your order on www.medsindia.in
  • Mobile App: You can also place an order through Medsindia mobile app available on both Google Playstore and the Apple Appstore.

Q:How much time does it take to deliver an order?

A:If your order is for within Delhi NCR we will aim to deliver it within 24-48 hours. And if your order is for anywhere outside Delhi NCR we will aim to deliver it within 48-72 hours. However it may get extended in the case of unavailability of the products or any other technical reason.

Q:How to check estimated delivery time of my order?

A:You can enter your pin code while ordering your products. Depending upon the area and availability of products, estimated time of arrival (ETA) would be shown to you.

Q:Is a prescription required to order on Medsindia?

A:For certain medicines a prescription from a MBBS doctor is required. Medicines requiring prescription will be tagged on the website and the mobile app with the following text:

Q:How to check whether my prescription is valid or not?

A:We would be able to process your order only if your prescription possesses following details:

  • Date
  • Doctor’s name and registration number
  • Name and age of patient
  • Name of drug
  • Drug dosage
  • Strength of drug
  • Route of administration
  • Frequency and duration of administration
  • Signature of Doctor

Q:Is there any option of buying medicines without prescription?

A:Apart from medicines tagged with prescription needed, all the products like OTC medicines, wellness products etc. can be bought without prescription.

Q:Is there any limit on number of prescriptions to be uploaded?

A:No there is no upper limit on number of prescriptions to be uploaded. However, a separate order number for each prescription will be generated.

Q:How to track my orders?

A:A tracking id would be generated for each order which can be used on website and mobile app to track your order. For more details click on: Track your order

Q:Is it possible to make any changes in my order?

A:Yes changes like delivery time, address etc. can be made to the order only if it is not shipped from our end. For all change related queries, you can call us on our Toll Free number 18001033688. However items and their respected quantity cannot be changed once ordered. In this case, you need to cancel the order and place a new order.

Payment channels:

Q:What are the payment options available?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay cash to the delivery boy once your ordered products are delivered to your mentioned address.
  • Online payment: You can also pay online via Razorpay.
  • Wallets: You can also pay through a wide variety of wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge and MobiKwik.

Q:Are there any shipping charges for the orders placed?

A:No shipping fee is levied on orders having bill amount equal to or more than INR 500 for Delhi-NCR and 750 for other regions within North India. Nominal shipping fee of rs. 25 for orders below 500 within Delhi NCR and Rs. 50 for orders below 750 for other regions within North India.

Q:Are the delivery charges included in bill amount?

A:Yes, your final bill amount is inclusive of the shipping charges if applicable.

Q:Till what time can I cancel or return my order?

A:Any order can be cancelled before it gets dispatched from our end.

Q:Is there any charge incurred for cancelling or returning the order?

A:No charge would be incurred if the order is yet to be shipped from our end. Charges are thereafter applicable according to the order.

Q:How will my payment be refunded?
